  1. Choose Format Options from the Layout menu or the Data Entry dialog box to modify the way your entries will be printed in the selected layout type and on the selected paper stock.  These include text overflow and margins, plus special options for each layout.  (The margin fields indicate where you want to start printing on the individual form.)

  3. The dialog box shows the format options last saved for this document and layout type.  Make changes as needed.  The changes will affect only this layout.
